Concrete Cutting
27 Years of Precision and Safety

We’ve spent thousands of hours on both commercial and residential sites cutting and trimming:
- Concrete slabs
- Concrete walls
- Column foundations
- Expansion joints
- Doorways
- Windows
- Columns
- Stairwells
- Bridges
We’ve been involved in jobs as large as controlled demolition of buildings, and as small as trimming back the edge of a slab.
The advantages of concrete cutting include:
- No vibration that could affect remaining slab and columns
- A smooth finish after the cutting
- No dust
- Cutting through reinforced concrete
Wall Saw

Wall sawing is the most common form of concrete cutting, due to the versatility of the machine that can be mounted on just about any surface. Our experienced teams can saw any concrete structure with hydraulic and electric machines that cut up to 750mm deep.
Flat Saw
Flat sawing is a method of concrete cutting using a petrol-powered machine to cut concrete, tar roads and concrete slabs. While this method is faster and has many advantages, it will only be done in well-ventilated areas.
This is the preferred method of cutting on floors, bridges, and surface beds.

Wire Saw
Wire sawing is the process of cutting concrete using diamond imbedded wire. This is a practical solution to cut and demolish large sections of beams, columns, piles, concrete slabs in confined spaces.
The advantage that wire sawing has over a wall saw is that any thickness of concrete can be cut, with less noise impact.
